Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Biblical Divine Insights. We hope you are delighted with your purchase! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns:

• Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging.
• You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item, unless the product is defective or damaged.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.
• If your return is approved, we will process your refund to the original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges:

• We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please send us an email at divine.insights.biblical@gmail.com and we’ll assist you with the process.
