Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes plans change. If you need to cancel or modify your order, we are happy to assist you as long as the order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to request a cancellation.

Cancellation Process:

• Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed for shipment.
• Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled. However, you can return the item as per our Return and Refund Policy.

If your order qualifies for a cancellation, you will receive a full refund, excluding any shipping costs.
